APARTMENT 5 is accessed from the carparking area via a small hardwood bridge leading onto a large hardwood decked terrace, again with fantastic views over the estuary, there is an all weather wicker furniture set seating up to four people and a very smart Outback gas barbeque. The door leads into the lounge/dining area with oak floors, underfloor heating, and an oak kitchen is fitted with a Smeg double oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Royal Doulton cutlery, Viners crockery and Viners kitchen utensils are also provided.Tea,coffee,sugar,flour,wine vinegar and sunflower oil are all provided.An iron is also provided. All our water is provided from a deepwater spring which is then UV filtered to provide a sparkling pure source for drinking and bathing.
The lounge is furnished to a very high standard with Two matching leather sofas a solid oak and glass table to seat four and has views over the estuary, there is a flatscreen TV with built in DVD player with freeview, and also a seperate CD system.
Bedroom 1 has vaulted ceilings and views of the estuary. It has 2 fitted wardrobes, drawer storage, and luxurious 3’ zip and link beds. A hairdryer is also provided.
Bedroom 2 also has views of the estuary and is furnished in oak. There is a single luxury bed and Pine wardrobe and bedside table.
The fully tiled luxury shower room is equipped with an electric Mira shower, oak vanity unit with basin, toilet and a sensor operated illuminated mirror.
Quality bedding and towels are provided for your stay.
Heating is provided by an electric underfloor system and is included in the cost of your stay.

There is plenty of car parking within the grounds of the Old Stables and a remote control is provided within your apartment for opening the electric entrance gates.
BROADBAND is not available in the apartment but weather permitting you can sit in the courtyard and access the internet using wi-fi, passwords provided.
TERRACOTTA - HERB GARDEN - We have planted a small area with seasonal herbs and vegetables in terracotta pots, please pick any you wish to use, the list will change some months but you can expect to be able to see - Parsley,Chives, Bay, Mint, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Oregano, Lettuce and Tomatoes, depending on their season, please water the pots if you feel they are in need, a small watering can is beside the pots.
